本會由成立至今，深得各家長及老師的良好評價及信任，學員人數亦不斷增加，這全賴本會堅持提供高質素的教學。事實亦証明，良好的教練質素，是學員進步的關鍵。在學習過程中，教練之言行或個人態度對學員亦有著非常深遠的影響，因此本會非常重視教練之質素。
本會教練除了必須持有由香港政府認可的教練証書外（香港業餘游泳總會，香港游泳教師總會，香港游泳教練會，香港拯溺總會，中國香港體適能總會及香港三項鐵人總會），亦須具備良好的教學態度和品德、對教學充滿熱誠、富安全意識、有愛心及耐性。
