The Small and Medium Enterprise Investment Banking Association (MMIBA®) was established in 2008, and the Greater China Chapter was established in 2012. This association is a unique organization that mainly fills the gap in the investment banking sector of the SME market.
The main purpose of this association is to:
1) provide education and improve professional knowledge, engineering efficiency, and provide individuals with M&A resources and services,
2) improve the professional knowledge of relevant persons, and help them to pass MMIBA certification and obtain chartered professional M&A specialists ( CMAP) qualification and become a highly regarded M&A division.
