Holistic Development

Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui MacLehose Centre Kindergarten is owned by the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council Limited. Established in 1973, the center aims to provide diversified social services for the residents of the Tsuen Wan and Kwai Tsing districts. Our kindergarten was first established on the 3rd floor of the Harmony Building on Wo Yi Hop Road in 1980, and later, in 2001, we opened another kindergarten in Shek Yam Estate, providing high-quality early childhood education services to children and families in the area.

Our center adheres to the Christian spirit of "not to be served but to serve" and is committed to providing quality early childhood education and care services. Our goal is to build children’s learning abilities and lay a solid foundation for their happy childhood and holistic development. We advocate a balanced approach to education that includes moral, intellectual, physical, social, aesthetic, and spiritual growth, aiming to promote comprehensive development in all areas to prepare them for future primary school learning and responsible citizenship.
