Basic requirements for visa application
 

1. Passport valid over six months with at least two blank visa pages left and under good condition.

    2. Completed online Chinese visa application form, one recent passport photo 
        (solid white color background, full face, bare-head) taken in the last three months.
 
     3. Under the condition that the applicant is in Hong Kong, he/she may submit the    
         application in person or entrust some agencies (agents) to do so.
 
     4. Foreigners with Hong Kong resident status should provide personal Hong Kong 
         Identify Card copy, besides the passport and other required documents.  

     5. Foreigners without Hong Kong resident status should provide Hong Kong
         immigration slip, besides the passport and other required documents.
